My journey
Real estate has been my life’s work.
For more than thirty years, I have experienced real estate from nearly every perspective—as a property owner, investor, renovator, business owner, REALTOR®, Associate Broker, Principal Broker, property manager, buyer representative, and seller representative.
I purchased my first investment property in my twenties and quickly discovered the long-term opportunities that thoughtful real-estate ownership could create. That first investment became the beginning of a career spanning more than three decades.
Along the way, I built and sold successful businesses, invested in and renovated properties, represented buyers and sellers, earned my Associate Broker and Principal Broker licenses, managed rental homes, and founded real-estate companies designed around a more personal approach to service.
My experience is not limited to advising from the outside. I have completed renovations, hired contractors, handled unexpected repairs, navigated tenant relationships, bought and sold property, and lived through the responsibilities and rewards that come with real-estate ownership.
That breadth of experience shaped Loudoun Ridge Realty—a brokerage I created to help buyers, sellers, property owners, and investors make informed decisions with an experienced professional who understands what those decisions mean in real life.

My experience as a property owner and investor helps me understand value beyond the immediate transaction. My renovation and property-management experience gives me practical insight into property condition, upkeep, and long-term ownership. My work representing buyers and sellers helps me guide clients through the strategy, negotiation, communication, and judgment required to move confidently from one chapter to the next.
I created Loudoun Ridge Realty to bring those experiences together under one boutique real-estate company—providing residential sales guidance, buyer representation, property-management support, and a trusted relationship my clients can return to as their needs change.
